"City in the Park" concept
In Ufa we pay much attention to the creation and reconstruction of the new objects, recreation areas and new places of involving citizens. The unique location of Ufa and a large number of plants and trees allows changing traditional approach (when park spaces fit into urban spaces). We want our city to be in one large comfortable park. The concept “City in the Park” was created during the work in this direction.

Improvement of recreation areas
In total for the last six years in Ufa there was created 19 new and 28 well-equipped recreation zones. This work will be continued, as sociological polls show that citizens are very positively perceive the happening changes.
