Gala event dedicated to “The Republic Day” was held in State Event Hall “Bashkortostan”

On October 10, 2018 State Event Hall “Bashkortostan” held Gala event dedicated to the 28th anniversary of Declaration of State Sovereignty of the Republic of Bashkortostan adoption.

Among special guests were the Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov, the member of the Federation Council Irek Yalalov, the Acting Head of Ufa City Municipal District Administration Salavat Khusainov, heads of public and self-governing authorities, members of parliament, representatives of non-governmental organizations and religious denominations, veterans.

The Head of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov congratulated audience with “The Republic Day” which will be celebrated on October, 11.

“We have mutual goal – prosperity of Bashkortostan and its multinationality. Each inhabitant of the Republic is its hope and strength. Together we have to keep forming healthy and modern economy, improving people's quality of life in cities and villages, raising talented youth, preserving best traditions, protecting peace and harmony among nationalities” said the Head of the region. “Tomorrow is a holiday and citizens, guests of the Republic will definitely take a walk to parks, visit concert venues or spend the day in family environment. Hope this day will be full of good spirits and pride of native land. We all are responsible for Republic’s future. I give my warmest congratulations to all of you on this holiday “The Republic Day”. I wish everyone good health, prosperity and energy to move forward together.

After the ceremonial part guests could enjoy the concert which was opened by the performance of National Folk Instrumental Orchestra of the Republic of Bashkortostan and “Yatagan” band. Headliners and Republic’s cultural groups performed on the stage, too.
