Bashkiria’s "Safe and Quality Roads" project is on its final stage

Roads repair works are on the final stage within Bashkiria’s "Safe and Quality Roads" project.  To date, more than 93 percent of works have been completed and all works on 55 road sections were accepted.

In 2018, it is planned to restore 52 roads and facilities with a length of 81,5 kilometers and with a total area of 1,1 million square metres.

Markings of restored traffic lines are also included in the project. Now, 35 roads were already marked. Lines are made of high-resistant, weatherproof thermoplastic, which consists of fluorescent “glassballes” and improve night view for drivers.

Authorities urge drivers to be careful and bypass road sections which are repaired. It will help to keep lines clear and prolong their service time.
