New contest "Leaders of Russia" will be held in 2019. It is carried out with the assistance of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation within the platform of “Russia-Land of opportunity” projects.

Citizens of the Russian Federation under the age of 55 with managerial experience not less than 5 years can take part in the contest. For participants under the age of 35 the contest's conditions are not so rough-2 years experience on senior position. The first stage of the contest will be held on November-December 2018 – participants have to pass the on-line test and show their intellectual qualities, management potential.

In the beginning of 2019 thousands of forceful leaders will gather in 8 federal districts to learn about world trends in the sphere of management, solve business cases and to communicate with key leaders of federal districts in informal setting. On this stage experts will be able to estimate the participants’ competence and give further guidelines.

On March 2019, 300 promising participants all over Russia will be invited to the final stage of the competition. Intensive networking and management decision simulation games will help to choose best competitors.
