On October 29, 2018 the meeting of deputies of the Ufa city council was held and the main issue was the announcement of results of competition to fill the Head of Ufa Administration position. Ulfat Mustafin was elected as the Head of Ufa Administration – most of deputies voted for him.

After voting, the contract was signed by the Chairman of the Ufa City Council Valeriy Trofimov and Ulfat Mustafin as the new head of the Ufa administration.

Then the Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov spoke to the deputies of the Ufa city council and thanked them for the decision made.

“I know Ulfat Mustafin for a long time. Today, I speak about his business, professional and personal qualities. I hope we all together will make the city comfortable for citizens. Ufa Administration and City council should act according to citizens' interests and requests. This is the way I focus the Government of Bashkortostan and heads of cities and regions on.

Mr. Mustafin, I congratulate you and understand that this position is a great responsibility. You are honest person and you will cope with all the issues. Of course, Ufa is a part of Bashkortostan and one forth of the population lives in the city. Republic’s and City’s authorities should cooperate and solve backlog of problems we have. The government of the republic will be your partner and will help to cope with the our city's issues . We have already come to decision to help municipal district in economic sphere and I think we will go on this way.
