On November 7, 2018 the Head of Ufa City Municipal District Administration Ulfat Mustafin made a working visit to department of land and property relations of Ufa City Municipal District Administration.

Ulfat Mustafin reviewed core areas of the department, social work, visited the facilities and met with department’s staff.

To prevent corruption in managerial decision-making sphere, the department implemented interdepartmental interaction system “single-window”.

In the reception area the Queuing system for applicants is implemented. 300 people per day - is an average amount of requests.

Ulfat Mustafin was satisfied with the system. Also, the Head of Administration reviewed the work of automated information system “Property” which simplified data retrieval and their process monitoring.

Despite the wide range of competences, the main function of the department is property management.

So, present department’s innovations and practices were well received.

At the same time, the Head of Administration set aims to reach in the nearest future. He mentioned low rental payments collection rate in comparison with other city with a million-plus population.

Ulfat Mustafin also stressed that the department should move to a new level:

“Today, it is necessary to stay the only track – the right one. You have a good base, the work should be open and done within the frame of current legislation” he added.
