Ufa lightening system works according to new operation mode

The Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov instructed Ufa Administration to review operation mode of outdoor lightening system to provide uninterrupted service and effective work.

According to approved schedule of outdoor lightening system, it should be turned every time it becomes dark on the streets.

Today, the schedule is changed - “night mode” will be on since 1:00 AM till 5:00 AM. "Ufagorsvet" company is responsible for maintenance of the city lightening system.

Within the frames of “Smart City” technology Ufagorsvet implements a pilot project for modern information operational centre creation. It will help to automatize outdoor lightening and traffic management, save time and expenditure on fuel.

New implemented in 2018 telemechanical management provides lowering of electric energy cost because of schedule modification. Also, the company holds a modernization of outdoor lights.
