Ulfat Mustafin congratulated kids from the Children House

On December 26, 2018 the Head of Ufa Administration Ulfat Mustafin reviewed the work of the Children House and gifted presents to children.

Also, deputy Head of Ufa Administration Alina Suleymanova, the Head of Kirovskiy district Dinar Khalilov and the Head of the city department on Child Protective Services Tatiana Kvasnikova visited the institution.

The Children House is therapeutic, rehabilitative and fostering institution. It was founded in 1944 and since 1996 it is specialized institution for children with central nervous system disease. This orphanage is for children under 4.

According to the words of the head doctor of the specialized House Rida Kadikova, kids get needed rehabilitative measures as soon as they join this institution. Each child should receive individual health screening and treatment guidelines.

Ulfat Mustafin concerned about the structure of exercises, reviewed medical rooms, swimming pools and children's rooms. Among other rooms, workers showed specially equipped rooms with the same outlook as in the flat – there are kitchen, toilet, living room and TV-set. This atmosphere helps children to get used to further life with families in home environment.

Physical growth and development of children is under special focus. Sports improve metabolic process and the overall condition of the body. Hydrotherapeutic procedures - is essential part of rehabilitative measures. Children attend swimming pool with pleasure under the care of instructor.

Adoption is a priority goal here. Kids who just joined the Children House are given particular care. Individual consultations are given to adopting parents, too.

Today, 126 children are being raised in this House. Since the beginning of the year 41 kids were given back to their families, 33 were adopted, 43 were fostered and 11 children were moved to orphanages.

Ulfat Mustafin reviewed the institution and promised to present the House new children’s playground by next year.
