Streets cleaning raid in Ufa

On January 22, Streets cleaning raid was held in Ufa. Mass Media representatives took part in it.

The raid began from the cross-road of Komsomolskaya str. and Khadii Davletshina avenue. Here, newsmen could see special cleaning equipment and service workers who cleaned pavements and bus stops from snow.

As the Chief of the department on municipal improvement of Ufa Administration Vadim Fatkhutdinov marked, central streets, as well as secondary ones, are cleaned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Moreover, roads are surfaced with sand-and-salt slush.

Then, Mass Media representatives had an opportunity to watch everyday snow cleaning process. The convoy cleaned major road of the city in one operation.

«In accordance with weather condition, today the third work shift is activated in the city. 399 units of cleaning equipment and 293 workers are involved in the process» commented Vadim Fatkhutdinov.

As for the words of the deputy director of Sovietsy district housing authority Valerik Akhmadiev, all house territories are cleaned from the snow. Residents are informed about planned cleaning in advance.
