People’s Artist of the Soviet Union Gulli Mubaryakova has died

Yesterday, on February 20, People’s Artist of the Soviet Union and Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, Honoured Artist of RSFSR and Bashkir ASSR, Ufa citizen of honour, theatre director, teacher, actress of M.Gafuri Bashkir academic drama theater Gulli Mubaryakova has died at the age of 83.

 

People’s Artist of the Soviet Union Gulli Mubaryakova has died

Yesterday, on February 20, People’s Artist of the Soviet Union and Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, Honoured Artist of RSFSR and Bashkir ASSR, Ufa citizen of honour, theatre director, teacher, actress of M.Gafuri Bashkir academic drama theater Gulli Mubaryakova has died at the age of 83.

She was born in 1936 in Ufa in the family of actors Arslan Mubaryakov and Ragida Yanbulatova. She graduated from the Bashkir studio at The Russian University of Theatre Arts and entered M.Gafuri Bashkir academic drama theater.

She played dozens of roles, such as «At the night of the lunar Eclipse», «The parent field», « don't throw fire, Prometheus», «Last ones», «Mothers wait for sons». For the play «Mothers wait for sons» Gulli Mubaryakova was awarded with Salavat Yalaev state prize of Bashkir ASSR.

In 1978 Gulli Mubaryakova successfully debuted in the film adaptation of Mustai Karim’s piece «At the night of the lunar Eclipse» as a Tankabika.
