Demsky district of Ufa celebrated its 75th anniversary

On March 4, a concert dedicated to the Demsky district’s 75th anniversary took place in the state concert hall «Bashkortostan» in Ufa.

The event was attended by the chief of staff of the Head of Bashkiria, Alexander Sidyakin, Head of Ufa Administration Ulfat Mustafin, veterans, best workers of various spheres, as well as honorary residents of the district.

Addressing the guests of theevening, Ulfat Mustafin noted that the anniversary of the district is not just a significant event for each generation of residents but something more.

«Demsky district is developing, getting younger and becoming modern. We see beautiful houses which have appeared on its territory. But we still have a lot to do on improvement and construction of social facilities.

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the veterans who created this beautiful area of the city and all those who work on this wonderful land.

I want to assure you that Ufa Administration will continue paying close attention to Demsky district» said the Head of Ufa Administration.

A documentary film about the development and formation of Demsky district was shown on the screen of the concert hall.

During the event, best employees were awarded.

The evening ended with a concert. Creative teams of the Republic of Bashkortostan and Demsky district performed on the stage. Among them were state academic folk dance ensemble named after Faizi Gaskarov, honored artist of Bashkortostan Diana Ishniyazova, ethno-rock group "Argymak" and others.
