Municipality holds VII Winter Corporate Games

On March 10, «Akbuzat» racetrack holds Ufa Winter corporate games on Head of Ufa Administration Cup. This year, over 1200 people from 52 teams take part in the Games.

Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports RB Alexey Novikov, Deputy Heaf of Ufa Administration Rustem Gazizov, Head of city department of Physical Culture and Sports Sergey Stepanov and heads of city districts Administrations came to support sportsmen.

First deputy head of Ufa Administration Salavat Khusainov opened the official ceremony of VII Winter Corporate Games. He marked that this competition is already became traditional and annually Ufa citizens are very interested in it.

«This event units citizens of different age, profession, points, those who kin on sports, physical culture and who promote healthy lifestyle. Ufa has all conditions for sports trainings. Sport playgrounds, facilities, chinning bars are built and sports events are held for the likes of you» said Salavat Khusainov and wished all the participants fair winning and positive emotion to all fans.

Tradition to hold Corporate Games was founded in Ufa in 2010 when 1st Summer Ufa Corporate games were held. In 2013, 1st Winter corporate games were hold and became annual.

The main prize is Head of Ufa Administration Cup. Moreover, teams who take places overall standings will be awarded with cups, medals and diplomas of the department of sports.

The program of the contest will consist of 5 disciplines: hockey in boots, volleyball on the snow, cross-country skiing, speed skating etc.

Winners will be awarded in Administration.

Also, the racetrack held Pancake Week celebration. Guests were shown a concert, theatrical performance, playground etc.
