Ulfat Mustafin held scheduled meeting

On March 26, municipality held scheduled meeting chaired by the head of Ufa Administration Ulfat Mustafin.

Before starting the meeting, Ulfat Mustafin handed honorary certificates and letters of appreciation from Ufa Administration to best workers of household and utility services.

Also, the Head of Ufa Administration reminded colleagues that recently on the scheduled event in the republican government, the Acting Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov marked the importance of issues on parking at forbidden places.

Moreover, Ulfat Mustafin noted that from March, 25 until April, 30 street and territories sanitation will be held.

«All chiefs should take part in it and make their teams of colleagues, students, public organizations to participate, too. Also, provide them with music and leisure activities and show all household equipment» said the Head of Ufa Administration. «Great attention should be paid to provision with equipment and means of individual protection».

A number of topical issues were discussed during the meeting. In particular, Rustem Khamitov, Chief of the Department of public utilities and improvement of Ufa Administration told about road safety near educational institutions.

As for the results of the meeting, the Head of Administration Ulfat Mustafin gave a number of instructions to the relevant structural units. Among other things, it was said to report on the activities that will be held within the framework of the spring month for the sanitation of urban areas on the next meeting.

In addition, Ulfat Mustafin instructed the Department of public utilities and improvement of the city Administration, in coordination with the Department of ecology and environmental protection «Gorzelenkhoz» and Heads of city districts Administrations within two weeks to get ahead of the site for planting large trees in the framework of the action on public and yard areas gardening  «Green Bashkiria».
