On April 17-18, Ufa held Days of Tatarstan in Bashkiria. Guests and participants were involved into eventful program – within 2 days they took part in more than 20 different events.

The President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Acting Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov and Head of Ufa Administration Ulfat Mustafin took part in events.

On April,18 the monument to Tatar poet Gabdullah Tukai was installed on the square of Ufa Tatar Theater «Nur». Then, authorities placed the flowers at the monument of Salavat Yulaev.

Also, within the frames of the event Ufa Congress Hall «Toratau» became a place of business forum.

Industrial and tourism potential of regions was presented on this forum. Representatives of Tatar companies told about perspectives of cooperation with Bashkir enterprises.

In the end of plenary session, Radiy Khabirov and Rustam Minnikhanov watched the process of agreements signing between chambers of commerce and industry of Tatartstan and Bashkiria and other companies and organizations.

The meeting with Central Muslim Spiritual Authority of Russia supreme mufti Talgat Tazhutdin summed the events.

«We appreciate our relations which have been developing within centuries. Our peoples are brothers. We have very similar cultures, languages and religion. We are at a path of huge and serious plans on cooperation strengthening. We are always nearby» said Rustam Minnikhanov.
