International conference «Day of Cities». Ufa Administration delegation in Geneva

On April 8-9, Ufa delegation headed by Ulfat Mustafin took part in International conference «Day of Cities». The Chief of Ufa IT Center Ruslan Gaysin reported about the event within the scheduled meeting on April 23.

The conference was held within the frames of the 68th session of UNECE «Smart and sustainable cities» in Palace of Nations in Geneva (Switzerland) where mayors shared their opinions and knowledge in the sphere of best practices.

Russia was represented by the Minister of Moscow government – Eduard Lisenko and the Head of Ufa Administration Ulfat Mustafin.

Ulfat Mustafin performed there with the report on theme « On course to creating a digital “double of the city” and interactive maps as a tool to involve citizens in urban problems solvation».

UNECE holds such conferences to develop this sphere. In Russia, Ufa is a pilot city as a Smart city.
