Teams from 30 countries will participate in ICG in Ufa

The bid campaign for participation in 53 International Children's Games, which will be held in Ufa on July, 9-14 was completed. Teams of 85 cities from 30 countries of 5 continents have confirmed their participation in the Games.

«I look forward to participate in the International children's games to compete with athletes from all over the world. It is also interesting to observe a part of Russia – the city of Ufa. It will be a wonderful adventure» said 14 years old girl from the city of Lake Macquarie Rayli Perry.

Athletes from Ufa team will represent the capital of the Republic in all the declared sports: athletics, swimming, fencing, Greco-Roman wrestling, judo, climbing, football, basketball and beach volleyball.

   It should be noted that Ufa will be the first city in the history of the Games which host both winter and summer International sports competitions.

   In 2013, the VI International children's winter games were held in Ufa. The competition was attended by 800 children from 59 cities and 20 countries.
