Ulfat Mustafin got acquainted with the work of the Center for Baby and Diet Nutrition in the Kalininsky district of Ufa

On August 13, the Head of Ufa Administration Ulfat Mustafin visited a filiation №3 of the Center for Baby and Diet Nutrition in the Kalininsky district of Ufa.

This institution was established in November 2010, with the aim of preserving the three existing dairy kitchens, which includes the structural unit “Dairy Kitchen”, which provides young children with baby dairy products.

April his year, construction, installation and electrical work was completed in the filiation. Modern equipment was also purchased, the technology of automated packaging was established, the logistics of product delivery was developed, and the work of milk distribution points was organized.

Baby food dairy products are provided for children from six months to one and a half years from low-income families of Ufa.

During the visit, Ulfat Mustafin got acquainted with the work of the staff and visited the production halls where fermentation, prepacking, cooling and other processes take place.

«The staff of this institution is making huge progress in the dairy industry.  You are great that you managed to maintain a similar direction and continue to develop. This positive experience tasked by the Acting Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Faritovich, will be extended to the whole republic» Ulfat Mustafin emphasized.

Baby food produced in dairy kitchens is special products, which safety level is two times higher than that produced in industry and the uniqueness of dairy kitchens is that such production differs in complexity of technological process, increased requirements for raw materials, and strict sanitary and hygienic rules.

«We supply our products to 140 kindergartens. We cover practically all districts of the city. So, to preserve and strengthen the health of Ufa babies, dairy products are delivered two times a week» said Zinfira Zubkova, head of the MAU «Center for Baby and Diet Nutrition».

On the territory of the Kalinin district of the city, dairy products are provided in milk distribution centers, located in the branches of the GBUZ RB Children's Clinic No. 4, to low-income families with children. At the moment, “Dairy Kitchen” located on the Ferina st. 12 is operating normally.
