As part of the national project «Safe and high-quality roads», photo and video cameras were installed in Ufa

In Ufa, the implementation of the national project “Safe and high-quality roads” continues. This year, works are planned at 38 sites with a total value of more than 2.2 billion rubles.

Particular attention is paid to improving road safety. On the sections of the road network, the laying of new bituminous-concrete surface and the arrangement of technical means for traffic organizing are planned. In particular, in the framework of the national project in the capital of Bashkortostan, in the places of road accident concentration, six photo-video recording cameras were installed in order to prevent speed violations. Three new cameras appeared on Zatonskoye highway and three on prospekt Oktyabrya (near houses No. 115, 131, 158).

After commissioning, the data from the cameras will be transmitted to the Center for the automated recording of administrative offenses in the field of traffic of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
