A number of festive events will be held in Ufa for the Day of the Republic

A number of events will be held in Ufa to mark the twenty-ninth anniversary of the proclamation of the Declaration on State Sovereignty of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

On October 9, a festive concert “Live and prosper, beloved land!” will be held at the City Palace of Culture. On the same day, a concert "I Sing My Republic" is planned at the Ufa Children's Philharmonic.

On October 10, a gala concert of the festival of national cultures of Bashkortostan "The Inflorescence of Friendship" will be held in the Congress Hall «Toratau».The best creative groups will present vocal, choral, instrumental, choreographic, as well as poetry numbers. The Theatre of Young Audience plans a literary and musical event "Wish for Good," dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Mustai Karim.

On October 11, several main venues were identified for events in the city of Ufa, at which the most significant events will take place: Salavat Yulaev Square, the amphitheater behind the «Toratau» Congress Hall and regional culture and recreation parks.

Thus, in the Ufa city planetarium, the screening of the film "The First Republic" is planned with an introductory lecture on the history of the formation of the Republic of Bashkortostan. A solemn ceremony of laying flowers at the monuments to Shaikhzada Babich and Salavat Yulaev will be held on Salavat Yulaev Square. In addition, an informational campaign “Military service under a contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation - Your Choice!” will be held on the square and site of Vatan ethno-park, dedicated to the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Within the framework of the event there will be various platforms, including the display of armed, military and special equipment, the exhibition of exhibits of the military-patriotic club «Bulat», disassembly and assembly of weapons, demonstration performances of soldiers of special forces on hand-to-hand combat, companies of honorary guard of the military district and paratroopers. Field kitchens will be deployed for all viewers with the preparation of "Soldier’s porridge."

Next, for the residents and guests of the capital of the republic, the «Dervish Khan» group will perform. The evening’s headliners will be Honored Artists of the Republic of Bashkortostan Sergey Prikazchikov, founder and lead singer of the «Pizza» group, as well as Elvin Grey. The concert will end with a festive fireworks display and a musical laser show at 8.30 p.m.

It should be noted that festive events will traditionally take place in all districts of the city of Ufa in houses of culture, as well as in children 's music schools and schools of arts, adolescent clubs, educational institutions.
