On December 10, the Head of Bashkortostan Radii Khabirov visited the Museum of the History of Ufa. It opened its doors to visitors in September and during its work gained popularity among local residents and guests of the capital of Bashkortostan.

The museum consists of four exposition halls across the time blocks of the history of Ufa, ranging from the 16th century to the modern period. The museum fund has more than a thousand objects, many of which are found in the territory of the city, as well as donated by residents of Ufa, historians and local history experts.

The head of the region got acquainted with the exhibition, which presents household items and exhibits of various stages of formation and development of the capital of the republic. In the museum you can find biographical portraits, photos and video materials of old Ufa, maps of the city. Some exhibits are of great historical value, so you can only touch them in gloves. A large amount of archival material is collected in digital format. In interactive zones you can find exhibits in virtual, audio and multimedia format.

In the Museum of History of Ufa Radii Khabirov also inspected the exhibition of the artist-cartoonist Kamil Buzykayev. The author presented 40 satirical works. Many of them are known not only in the republic, but also outside it. These are cartoons on social and political topics, which cause great public resonance. Some works are also devoted to Radii Khabirov.

The exhibition runs until January 10, 2020.
