On August 20, the Head of Ufa City Administration Ulfat Mustafin made a working trip to a number of facilities in the Kalininsky district of the capital, during which he inspected the construction of new roads, an educational center and repairs at the entrances of residential buildings in the Inors microdistrict.

The first object of the visit was the MBU «Improvement Service of the Kalininsky District of Ufa». The enterprise, which employs about 300 employees, serves a vast territory - almost 6 million square meters of roads, sidewalks and lawns.

After familiarizing himself with the material and technical base of the municipal enterprise and talking with its employees, Ulfat Mustafin noted the need to improve working conditions for employees.

«The housing and utilities sector is one of the most important in the functioning of the metropolis. You improve the city around the clock and all year round. The cleanliness and order in the area depends on you. The necessary funds for this have been allocated from the city budget.» he emphasized and ordered to build a new premises for workers with all amenities by the end of the year

Further, in the Inors microdistrict, the Head of Ufa City Administration got acquainted with the work of the new pool on Tukhvata Yanabi Boulevard, the progress of the repair of the entrances to the MKD on the example of house No. 26 on Ferina Street, and also inspected the construction of Valery Lesunov Street and Balandin Boulevard, as well as a new section of the road along Georgy Street Mushnikov.

The pool is very popular with the residents of the neighborhood. Now 256 children aged 7 to 12 years attend it. It works from 8 am to 10 pm, and from September it will work from 07.00 to 23.00.

Ulfat Mustafin noted that the construction of new swimming pools is one of the priority directions in the development of the city's sports industry.

«The Neftyanik swimming pool will open soon after the reconstruction; it is planned to build a swimming pool in Shaksha,» said the Head of the city.

Construction of Valeriy Lesunov Street (from Selskaya Bogorodskaya Street to Balandin Boulevard) and Balandin Boulevard (from Valery Lesunov Street to Ferina Street) began last year. The length of the section from Selskaya Bogorodskaya Street to Balandin Boulevard along Valery Lesunov Street is 799 meters. The street is designed for four lanes. As part of the construction, a new 3-meter wide sidewalk and a 2.25-meter bike path will appear. These works are envisaged within the first stage of construction.

Following the completion of the construction of a new road along Valery Lesunov Street and a new section of the road along Georgy Mushnikov Street, Ufa residents will receive 4 exits from the microdistrict instead of the two existing ones - along Georgy Mushnikov, Ferin, Valery Lesunov streets and Tukhvat Yanabi boulevard.

At the end of the trip, Ulfat Mustafin inspected the construction of a new educational center in Inors. This is the only educational center in the city at the moment for 1650 places, which includes an already built kindergarten for 345 places, a school and a sports complex. The total area of the complex is almost 25.5 thousand square meters. The premises of the school are located in all blocks of the general education center (except for the kindergarten block) and are interconnected by common corridors, recreation, and a lobby. There are lifts for people with limited mobility.

The construction of the school is scheduled to be completed by August 2021.
