Ulfat Mustafin and Boris Belyaev inspected the progress of repairing entrances in Ufa

On September 3, within the framework of a working trip, the Head of Ufa City Administration Ulfat Mustafin and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan - Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Bashkortostan Boris Belyaev inspected the progress of the complex repair of the entrances of the apartment buildings in the capital.

Representatives of the Regional operator of overhaul of the common property of the Republic of Bashkortostan, heads of structural divisions of the city and the contractor also attended the event.

During the inspection, Ulfat Mustafin expressed dissatisfaction with the work of the regional operator and contractors, who are delaying the repair work at their facilities. In particular, a comprehensive renovation of the entrances of a residential building along Slavy Boulevard, 3 began in early June. However, it has not yet been completed. According to residents of the house, workers periodically «disappeared» for weeks.

«How can you torture people for so many months ?! I have repeatedly spoken and reminded you of the deadlines and schedules of work. Unfortunately, today Boris Vladimirovich was convinced that your reports on the repair of entrances are only on paper, » - said Ulfat Mustafin and instructed to immediately speed up work in the city, but not to the detriment of the quality of repairs.

It should be noted that this year in Ufa, under the program of complex repair of entrances, it is planned to repair 940 entrances of 278 apartment buildings. According to the signed contracts, the repair work should be completed by October 1.

Mandatory work includes replacing windows with plastic ones, arranging entrance lobbies, tiling the floor of the first floor, painting walls, installing energy-saving lamps, replacing mailboxes and other types of work.

The program is financed from the republican (90%) and local (10%) budgets. The program is designed for six years, covering all entrances to be repaired.
