Head of Ufa City Administration Ulfat Mustafin has passed away

On October 29, the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, said that after a difficult 35-day struggle with the disease, the Head of Ufa Administration, Ulfat Mansurovich Mustafin, passed away as a result of complications caused by pneumonia and COVID-19.

The Head of the Republic expressed his sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

Ulfat Mansurovich Mustafin was born on May 4, 1959 in the village of Staroikhsanovo, Chekmagushevsky district. Graduated from the Ufa Technical School of Light Industry, the Ufa Aviation Institute, served in the army. Candidate of Technical Sciences.

He began his career in the Ufa housing department. He worked as chief engineer of the Industrial Trust for Housing, Head of the Department of Public Utilities in the Executive Committee of the Kirov District Council, Deputy Head of the Department of Housing and Engineering Services in Ufa. From the 90s he worked in the «Gazprom» system.

In 2003, Ulfat Mustafin moved to the Administration of the President of Bashkortostan as head of the financial and economic department. In 2010-2013, he worked in the Urals department of the Federal Service for Economic, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, and then returned to «Gazprom».

From the post of Deputy General Director of PJSC «Gazprom Gazoraspredelenie Ufa», he moved to the post of Head of Administration of Ufa on October 29, 2018.
