Dear residents of Ufa and guests of the city!

December 12 is a significant historical date for our country. On this day, 27 years ago, the Basic Law was adopted by a popular vote, which determined the further strategic course of development of the Russian Federation.

The implementation of the provisions of the Constitution made it possible to preserve and strengthen the institutions of state power and local self-government, thereby ensuring political and economic stability in the country.

The bodies of state power of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Bashkortostan and municipalities, dividing powers among themselves at various levels, represent a coherently functioning single system. Projects in Ufa are implemented with constant attention from the management.

We have to continue to work purposefully to achieve the high level laid down in the Basic Law in terms of the development of civil society, the protection of individual rights and freedoms, private property and entrepreneurship, and the strengthening of the institution of the family. The main thing here is the interests of a person, of every inhabitant of Bashkortostan.
