Sergey Grekov made a working trip to the Kirovsky and Soviet districts of Ufa

On December 19, the Acting Head of Ufa City Administration Sergei Grekov, during his working trip, got acquainted with the work of a number of housing and communal enterprises and city institutions in the Kirov and Sovetsky districts.

The first object was the municipal budgetary institution «Specialized Department for the repair and maintenance of artificial structures». It is one of the largest public utilities in the city. Serves 73 urban objects, including: 13 road bridges and 2 pedestrian bridges, 29 overpasses, a city road tunnel, 13 underground pedestrian crossings, 5 overhead pedestrian crossings, objects of the Ufa railway station, the Ufa-Airport highway to the M5 Ural junction and the Ufa-Dema highway.

In addition, the company carries out work on the maintenance of 182 km of storm sewer networks, 30 thousand road signs, on the application of horizontal road markings along the city streets using paint and thermoplastic.

According to Rustem Amirov, director of MBU «SURSIS», the vehicle fleet of the enterprise has been significantly renewed this year. At the expense of the city budget, 17 units of equipment were purchased - asphalt pavers, rollers, trawls, road milling machines, a dump truck, an asphalt distributor, a tractor and trailers. Using its own funds, the company also purchased new equipment for applying road markings and preparing thermoplastics.

Sergey Grekov paid special attention to financial and economic issues and held a meeting with the management, during which the further development and possible expansion of the enterprise's activities were discussed. Following the results, the Acting Head of Ufa City Administration instructed to analyze the market situation and prepare specific proposals.

Further, during the trip, Sergei Grekov got acquainted with the work of housing enterprises on the example of LLC House Management No. 6 of the Kirovsky District, inquired about the work of the dispatch service and then examined the hockey box serviced by the house management, which is located in the courtyard along Zaki Validi Street, 3. This site is very popular, various sports hockey tournaments and amateur matches are held here every year.

Also, the Acting Head visited the site of the MBU «Kirovsky District Improvement Service», inquired about the activities on the use of anti-icing materials and examined the special equipment. New wagons for workers, which were purchased by the enterprise, were also presented here.

In the course of the trip, Sergei Grekov inspected the work of housing and communal services in the Soviet district. At the Housing Administration of the Sovetsky District, he talked with specialists who work in the control center and accept applications from residents. As the dispatchers said, on average, about 200 calls are received per day, all applications are entered into the computer and automatically sent for execution by the housing department. Then the Acting Head of the Administration of Ufa paid special attention to monitoring with the use of GLONASS the output of equipment for cleaning yards.

Having examined the site of the MBU «Management for the Maintenance and Improvement of the Soviet District», Sergei Grekov raised the issues of staffing and renewal of the fleet of special equipment, urgent for each district MBU. In the near future, the municipality should tackle these issues closely and achieve concrete results, he summed up.
