I congratulate you on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Bashkortostan!

This day is a great reason to be proud of the glorious past and confident present of our republic. As a symbol and tool for the consolidation of civil society, 27 years ago the Constitution became a powerful impetus for the formation of the modern statehood of Bashkortostan within the Russian Federation.

The basic law of the republic ensures further improvement of legislation, social and political stability, reliable protection of the rights and freedoms of the inhabitants of Bashkortostan, the preservation of interethnic harmony and peace.

I am convinced that based on the constitutional norms and provisions, our joint activities will continue to successfully engage in the comprehensive socio-economic development of the city.
