Sergey Grekov made a working trip to the Demsky district of Ufa

On January 30, the Head of Ufa City Administration, Sergei Grekov, during a working trip got acquainted with the work of municipal housing and communal enterprises and institutions of the Demsky district of Ufa.

The first points of visit were the Housing Administration, the Improvement Service of the Dyomsky District of Ufa. Here he examined the production base, which has garage boxes, warehouses and workshops. He also got acquainted with the material and technical base of enterprises, the conditions for organizing work and rest of employees, the financial and economic indicators of the activities of organizations. In addition, he focused on the issues of staffing, wages and the state of the vehicle fleet of special equipment.

It should be noted that the main activities of the Improvement Service are the maintenance and improvement of the territory of the districts - roads, streets, overpasses, bridges, driveways, lanes, sidewalks. Housing businesses manage and maintain residential buildings and the area around them.

Further, during the trip, Sergei Grekov got acquainted with the activities of Yuzhny Market LLC. This object with a total area of ​​5400 square meters was founded in 1994. On its territory there are two trade pavilions with more than 170 trade places. For farmers and owners of private farmsteads, a «Farmer's Fair» with 80 seats was organized.

Continuing the trip, Sergei Grekov visited the workshops of the Demsky water supply system of the southern complex of water supply facilities of the State Unitary Enterprise «Ufavodokanal», examined the control room. Currently, Dema water supply is carried out from two sources: the Southern water intake and the Demsky water intake. To provide drinking water to the new buildings in the district, the pumping station of the second lift was reconstructed with the replacement of technological equipment with more modern, increased capacity and work on the modernization of the disinfection system.

In addition, the Head of the city administration and the participants of the event discussed the issue of emergency housing located along Aurgazinskaya street. Therefore, Sergei Grekov instructed to consider further prospects for the development of this territory.
