Sergei Grekov was elected secretary of the local branch of the «United Russia» party

On March 23, a conference of the local branch of the «United Russia» party took place in Ufa. First Deputy Head of the CEC of the Party, Head of the Financial and Economic Support Department Natalya Orlova, Head of the Regional Executive Committee of the United Russia Party Rustem Akhmadinurov, Head of Ufa City Administration Sergey Grekov, Secretary of the local branch of the Party in Ufa, Deputy Head of Ufa City Administration Alina Suleimanova, executive secretary of the local branch of the Party of Ufa Rustem Bikmetov, as well as members of the local Council of the Party supporters, activists of the local branch of the «Young Guard of United Russia» attended the event.

Addressing the conference participants, Sergei Grekov noted that on the initiative of «United Russia» in the capital of Bashkortostan, such large federal and republican projects as the improvement of the urban environment, the creation of safe and high-quality roads, the improvement of adjacent territories, as well as the repair of apartment buildings are being implemented.

«Today, with the support of the leadership of the republic, a lot of creative work is being carried out in Ufa. Our capital is preparing to celebrate the 450th anniversary of its foundation. Renewing the festive look of the capital, we have to build new social facilities, roads, bridges, parks and squares. Undoubtedly, the development of both the city and the whole country is possible only in conditions of political stability, » - stressed the Head of the capital's Administration.

Within the framework of the conference, the results of the activities of the department for 2020 were summed up. The secretary of the local branch of the Party Alina Suleimanova made a report on this topic. She spoke in detail about the important events held. In particular, the Party was directly involved in conferring the honorary title «City of Labor Valor» in Ufa; during the spread of coronavirus infection, it organized the work of the «Our Care» volunteer center and call centers.

As a continuation of the conference, it was reported on the early resignation of the Secretary of the local branch Alina Suleimanova.

Head of Ufa City Administration Sergei Grekov has been appointed the new secretary.

The meeting ended with the presentation of party membership cards and letters of gratitude to active members of the Party.
