SERGEY GREKOV AS OPERATOR OF CITY WINTER CALL CENTER

On September 28, The Head of the Ufa City Administration Sergey Grekov worked as operator during acquaintance visit to the City Call Center of Winter Operational Utility Headquarters.

He received a call from a resident of Kalininsky district of Ufa with a complaint about the lack of heat in the house. The appeal was promptly accepted into work. As it turned out, there was a leak. BashRTS must eliminate the accident within four hours and heat must be supplied to the apartments.

Summing up the results of the visit, Sergey Grekov noted that the call center is working and showing its effectiveness, and citizens are actively applying here.
