DELEGATION FROM DJIBOUTI VISITS UFA ENTERPRISES

The visit of an official delegation from the city of Djibouti headed by the mayor Fatuma Awale Osman to the capital of Bashkortostan takes place in Ufa.

Today the guests from Djibouti visited PROGRESS Company and UFAGORSVET electricity supply utility.

At the first venture, the automated assembly of printed circuit boards, which is the most popular way to assemble electronic components, were presented. At the initial stage, employees of mass-production and design department check the incoming documentation for compliance with the requirements of the assembly production. Further, electronic components are tested at the incoming control and are stored in specialized antistatic cabinets, with appropriate temperature and humidity. After passing the check, the components go to production. There are three main technological operations of assembly of printed circuit boards used: the application of solder paste, the installation of components, and soldering.

- We are recruiting students from Russian universities and colleges. First, they come to us for practice, and then those who can prove themselves are invited to the company. The average age of the company's employees is 30-35 years. We aim to accept young personnel so that they grow with us, - said Alexander Nekrasov, First Deputy General Director.

At the end of the meeting, the representative of the Djibouti Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kassim Ahmed Ibiro, invited the company's employees to visit their city and share their experience.

In UFAGORSVET electricity supply utility, the guests were acquainted with the organization of work, production facilities, as well as the main areas of activity. Director Ildar Chanyshev said that the main task of the enterprise is to ensure uninterrupted and highly efficient operation of outdoor lighting and traffic lights in the city of Ufa. Currently, the enterprise is servicing more than 2 thousand kilometers of outdoor lighting networks.

As part of Smart City technologies, a pilot project was implemented to create a modern dispatch center for automated control of outdoor lighting and traffic in the city. The dispatch console allows to control and manage traffic lights and outdoor lighting, monitor all information in real time, search quickly for the causes of emergencies, manage the archive of all processed information and telephone conversations, and monitor the location of vehicles.

On October 9, the delegation from Djibouti will continue their acquaintance with the work of the Ufa enterprises.
