SPORTS GROUNDS WERE RENOVATED AS PART OF SUPPORTING LOCAL INITIATIVES PROJECT

For the sixth time, Ufa has been participating in Republic Competitive Selection of public infrastructure development projects based on local initiatives.

The installation of athletic and play equipment has been completed in Demsky district of Ufa, and a new playground has opened on Geroyev Truda Boulevard.

-We are glad to participate in this program, so now children and adults are happy to spend time here. We recommend citizens of Ufa to participate more actively in improvement of houses’ territories. – Zhanna Mironova, resident of the house, commented.

The playground on the school №101 territory was also renovated with a special safety rubber coating. Now children can engage in physical education and sports in more comfortable conditions.

From 2016 to 2020, 93 projects of the city of Ufa became winners of the competitive selection of the program, and this year - 84 at once. Of these, 36 projects are in the Oktyabrsky district, 20 are in Kalininsky, 13 are in Kirovsky, 7 are in Ordzhonikidzevsky, 6 are in Demsky and 2 projects in the Leninsky district.
