COMFORTABLE LIVING ENVIRONMENT IN REMOTE AREAS OF UFA

As part of the working trip, Kirill Chistyakov, the Deputy Head of Ufa city Administration, visited the neighbourhood unit “Yarkiy” in the Demsky district.

Together with Vyacheslav Yakin, Development Director of the Tretiy Trust Group of Companies, and Elena Samoilenko, the project manager of the neighbourhood unit, Chistyakov discussed the prospects for its further development, got acquainted with the construction of new apartment buildings and landscaping.

– Our task is to create a comfortable living environment not only in the city centre but also in remote areas. The neighbourhood unit “Yarkiy” is one of such successful examples where modern and high-quality residential buildings are combined, new kindergartens and schools are located within walking distance. There is also a comfortable landscaped green recreation area here, – said Kirill Chistyakov.

Also, the deputy head of  Ufa city Administration drew attention to the fact that after a while a remote work will firmly enter our lives and recommended the developer to consider the option of creating a public coworking centre so that people can work remotely in comfortable conditions and the philosophy "Live - work - rest" be fully implemented.

“In the quality standards of residential developments that are currently being developed by us for such complex projects, we will also pay appropriate attention to this,” he summed up.

More than five thousand people already live in "Yarky". On its territory there are a multilingual school, municipal and private kindergartens, shops and service centres, a park, its own embankment and playgrounds in each courtyard. Much attention is paid to the safety of residents in the neighbourhood unit. The concept "Courtyard without cars" has been implemented. More than 180 cameras have been installed. Boiler houses create a comfortable climate in apartments, ensure uninterrupted supply of hot water for domestic needs and save up to 30 percent of electricity.

In the future, new schools, preschool institutions, a polyclinic, and fitness centres will appear in the neighbourhood unit.
