The intensive course on the development and assessment of digital competency will be held in Russia from October 20 to December 20, 2021. With the help of the service, people can assess their digital literacy rate, learn about online environment options and develop the IT skills necessary in everyday life.

The new portal is a service aggregator which tests the digital literacy rate and trains in safe and effective work with digital technologies. The service provides users with structured information in various formats: lectures, tools for self-assessment of competencies, educational and informational contents.
