A NEW ICE ARENA AND CHILDREN'S HOCKEY CLUB WILL APPEAR IN UFA

The project is based on one of the largest private sports clusters in the city.

For several years, one of the largest private sports clusters in Ufa has been implemented in the Oktyabrsky district, on Rostovskaya Street, 18. 12 types of sports are fostered on its territory, sports classes and clubs have been created, in which more than 1100 people are engaged on a permanent basis.

In 2021, a multifunctional sports complex “Astra” for competitive sports with a total area of more than 1,500 square metres was built and commissioned. It is designed in accordance with all requirements and standards, enabling it to host high-level competitions.

The largest facility of the sports cluster will be an indoor ice arena, the construction of which began in February this year, and it is planned to be opened in December. “Astra Arena” will include a Canadian standard hockey pitch measuring 60x26 metres, five changing rooms, a café, a sports shop, a throwing area, an observation balcony and a referee's room.

A new hockey club “Astra” will open its doors at the complex, creating more than 300 vacant spaces in the sport class.
