On the eve of the Russian Energy Forum, an agreement on cooperation between Ufa city Administration and the Bashkir Generating Company was signed, where one of the points provides for the development of industrial tourism in the capital of Bashkortostan. The document was signed by Rustam Galeev, the Deputy Head of Ufa city Administration and Viktor Larioshkin, the General Director of BGK LLC.
The main goal of the agreement in terms of the development of industrial tourism is to tell people where electricity and heat come from, to show great energy “from the inside” and, most importantly, the difficult work of power engineers, which often remains hidden from the eyes of ordinary people.
- Industrial tourism is actively developing in the city. Today's agreement is another step in this direction. This will allow Ufa to strengthen its image as a center of business tourism, increase the investment attractiveness of the city, give enterprises the opportunity to popularize production achievements, find new business partners and, in addition, will contribute to vocational guidance of students, said Rustam Galeev.
