Ratmir Mavliev is on a working visit to St. Petersburg

The Head of the Ufa Administration Ratmir Mavliev held several meetings the day before as part of his working visit to the city of St. Petersburg.

The first point of the visit was the State Institution «City Monitoring Center» of the Committee for Informatization and Communications. The main goal of its work is to increase the level of public safety, as well as information support for residents and executive bodies of state power on issues of life safety, housing and communal services and urban improvement. Ratmir Mavliev got acquainted with the work of the center, talked with operators who receive calls around the clock and monitor emergencies.

Further, in the Nikolo-Bogoyavlensky Naval Cathedral, the Head of the Administration of the capital of Bashkortostan met with the future members of the Ufa submarine crew and presented them with commemorative signs. The ceremony of consecrating the icon of the Holy Righteous Warrior Fyodor Ushakov also took place here. After that, the icon and the coat of arms of the city of Ufa were handed over to the crew commander.

The day ended with a meeting at the St. Petersburg House of Nationalities with students from Bashkortostan and countrymen living in the Northern Capital.

The participants were able to ask their questions, most of which related to the development of infrastructure in Ufa. This includes public transport, improvement of parks, construction of social facilities, creation of innovation centers, etc.

«I am glad that our youth is active and not indifferent to the development of Ufa and the republic. Questions sounded serious and justified. Such communication is important and correct. We must not lose touch and be constantly in contact. I am open to everyone. We do not abandon our own, we will always support, » - said Ratmir Mavliev.
