Mayor of Ufa Ratmir Mavliev discussed a controversial issue with the citizens

The head of Ufa City Administration, Ratmir Mavliev, always pays special attention to the importance of direct dialogue with residents and regular meetings with them. Another meeting with the citizens took place in the courtyard of the Ufa Kremlin complex along Oktyabrskoy Revolyutsii Street.

Residents of the complex have previously complained about the problem of access to the yards. It is rapidly developing and building up. Already today, work is underway to expand the existing passage between houses No. 19/1 and 21, as well as organizing an additional one between houses No. 27/1 and 27B.

Between the house at 31a Oktyabrskoy Revolyutsii Street and the high-rise building under construction at 98/2 Kommunisticheskaya Street, the plans for the development of the territory include passage and parking spaces. But first the developer has to solve an issue with the children’s play area.

The developer presented a project that involves the dismantling of the existing site. Instead, it is proposed to expand another children's play area nearby, make a new one in another area. Previously, the developer discussed these options with an initiative group of homeowners at a meeting in the Administration of the Kirovsky district. In continuation, today's meeting was organized directly on the territory of the yard.

Ratmir Mavliev, in a conversation with the townspeople, noted that the municipality has big plans for the reconstruction and development of the historical center of Ufa, including Oktyabrskoy Revolyutsii Street, where a large number of cultural heritage sites are concentrated, the issue of restoring the green frame of this part of the city is being worked out.

Residents of the house, having studied in more detail the project proposed by the developer, expressed their comments and expressed their desire to take active part in its completion.

«We like living here, but the main thing is that our yard remains ours, does not turn into a drivethrough or parking for cars of a neighboring house under construction, and most importantly, be safe and comfortable for our children,» one of the local residents expressed the general opinion.

Meetings and interaction of the initiative group of homeowners with the developer will continue. The issue is under control.

«As for the dismantling of the playground, we are always in favor of building constructive relations between developers and owners of residential premises. It is fair that people make a stand for the territory where they live. Therefore, it is in the dialogue that we will look for the optimal solution,» summed up Ratmir Mavliev.
