On August 28, a unique event will take place in the Ufa «Kashkadan» park - a concert with the participation of the stars of one of the most vivid projects of national television «Big Jazz».
– When the program was compiled, we remembered the most unusual moments of the project dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Russian jazz. There will be many vocal numbers, well-known melodies, incendiary compositions, - said the head of the Big Jazz Orchestra Petr Vostokov.
Teona Kontridze, host of the Russia-Culture TV channel project, and Vadim Eilenkrig, one of the jury members, will present young jazzmen to the public.
Anastasia Ivanova, Sofia Atsbekha-Negga, Mikhail Fotchenkov, Tigran Harutyunyan, Andrey Bataleev and other performers will take part in the concert. According to Vadim Eilenkrig, these artists are the future of Russian jazz music.
- One of the goals of «Big Jazz» was to get acquainted with a new generation of Russian jazz musicians, and it's great that after the project these guys continue to actively perform and tour. This means that we have clearly coped with our task, - he noted.
Indeed, the winner of the project, Anastasia Ivanova, admitted that the victory in the competition gave her a new round of creative activity.
- I'm so glad to have a lot of concerts after the project. Now I'm performing in Kazan, in the nearest future - a concert in Ufa. Of course I look forward to it! We will perform with my colleagues in front of a huge audience. I think it will be a great show! - she shared.
Everyone will be able to enjoy the holiday of music - admission to the concert is free.
Concert starts at 20:00.
