Ufa opened the First Eurasian Youth Games of Martial Arts

On 14 May 2018, the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan opened the First Eurasian Youth Games of martial arts.

Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Martial Arts with the support of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Ufa City Administration were organizers of the event.

Participants of the games were several thousand athletes from 40 regions of Russia, Eastern Europe and Asia. Competitions were held in 12 venues in the following disciplines: Aikido, Belt Wrestling, Karate "Limited Contact", Karate "Full Contact", Karate "Remedies", Kyokushinkai, Hand-to-hand fight, Thai boxing, Taekwondo (GTP), Kickboxing in disciplines "Light", "Point", "Full", Oriental combat single combat "Shotokan", martial arts "Sito-ryu", Taekwondo (ITF), Wushu "Sanda", Wushu "Taolu", "Mas-rastling".

During the opening of the event, the awarding ceremony of winner in the overall standings of the Games among Russian regions and Eurasian countries representative teams was held.

Exhibition performance of Bashkortostan sports federations gave fascinating feature to the event.

Within the Gala program was held a professional fight show WCSA PRO / AMA Fight Show "Combat Ring XXV".
