In accordance with the request of the President of the Russian Federation, since 2013 every year on the Day of the Constitution of the Russian Federation the all-Russian day of reception of citizens is held from 12.00 am to 20.00 pm of local time. On December 12, 2018 Ufa Administration and Districts Administration started receptions at 12:00 pm and continued within more than 8 hours.

Personal reception of citizens was held by appointment and on the first-come, first-served basis.

Citizens asked questions connected with the following spheres: development of urban environment and territory, roads, yards and housing repairing, development of transport system.

Within the personal reception led by the Head of the Ufa Administration questions on provision of assistance to oncological patients, development of veteran movement in the city and cooperation with City Veterans administration and other mass organizations. Also, citizens offered their opinion on transport junctions and building of the bridge over the Belaya river. Deputy Heads of Ufa Administration also took part in this event.

Each application is registered and accepted for further consideration by departments.
