The capital is ready to celebrate New Year

On December 25, the Lenin square will hold outdoor festivals dedicated to Main New Year Tree opening and Father Frost Parade.

As it traditionally goes, there will be 2 platforms for outdoor festivals in Ufa - Main New Year Tree opening on Lenin square and one more on Congress Hall square “Toratau”.

So, on December 25, Lenin square will hold New Year outdoor festival dedicated to Main New Year Tree opening ceremony and Father Frost Parade.

Overnight December 31 into January 1 morning, cultural events and shows will be held on Lenin square. New Year program will start at 22:00 on December 31, 2018 and finish with fireworks at 02:00 on January 1, 2019.

According to the events plan, Ufa will hold the following events: Republic New Year Tree event on December 21, Ufa New Year Tree for gifted children and orphans on December, 24. On December 22-26, events for disabled children will be hold.

Within winter holidays, hockey fields, where winter games and competitions among teenagers are planned to be hold, will be opened.
