Delegation of the Republic of Bashkortostan arrived on official visit in Kazan

On January 22, the delegation of the Republic of Bashkortostan arrived in Kazan. Within the frames of the visit the Chief of Administration of the head of Bashkortostan Alexander Sidyakin and the Head of Ufa Administration Ulfat Mustafin met with the mayor of the Tatarstan capital Ilsur Metshin.

The mayor of Kazan welcomed Ufa delegation and marked that the tradition to share experience between two republics was set up many years ago.

«We hope our teams will maintain a co-operative association with each other. We always have something to learn from Ufa and Bashkortostan. Many issues you do, have representative results» said the mayor.

Ulfat Mustafin, on his part, mentioned that, however, he has been in Kazan before, it was his first visit to Tatarstan as the Head of Ufa Administration.

«We decided to discuss issues in person and have a look at Kazan and adopt some practices», marked Ulfat Mustafin.

«For me, relations between Ufa and Kazan are very important. We always respected authorities of Tatarstan and the city. Many issues are done here and it is a good example for Bashkiria, as well as for Russia” added Alexander Sidyakin.

Ufa delegation started from public space review. Firstly, they looked at «White flowers» avenue. New avenue provides citizens with safe and comfortable way to bus stops and houses.

Also, the delegation visited outdoor children playset, places for rests and other venues which create a remarkable atmosphere.

Ufa delegation was impressed by the look of Gorkinsko-Ometyevsky forest. Guests took a walk in parkland, reviewed ski resort building and visited children’s ecocenter.

Ufa delegation representatives highly estimated the level of parkland improvements and marked that Kazan’s experience will be useful for all Russian cities.
