Radiy Khabirov inspected entrances in apartment buildings in Ufa

On January 23, Acting Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan reviewed entrances of several apartment buildings. First deputy Head of Ufa City Municipal District Administration Salavat Khusainov, Head of Leninsky district Administration Oleg Kotov, Head of Kirovsky district Administration Dinar Khalilov, Chief of Ufa housing services department Rail Mirkhaudarov took part in the event, too.

One of inspected houses – house №80 on Gogol str. and it was built in 1976. According to the words of the head of the house council Olga Yefimova, the entrance halls had been repaired only once and now they are far from good condition.

Acting Head marked that within the frames of the program «Comfortable Urban Environment» windows replacement, entrance halls renovation, ground floor revetment, walls painting, lamps, mail box installation etc. should be done. It is important to make renovation works fast and comfortable for houses’ residents.

Olga Yefimova said that last year here was built children sport playground and asphalt road paving was done. House residents co-financed that program. So, the main issue for people - if there is a necessity for residents to co-finance the program on entrances renovation, too. Salavat Khusainov answered that residents have an opportunity to co-finance the program and, in this case, the cost will be 170 per apartment.

Radiy Khabirov stressed that in this situation the issue of co-financing is not the goal. So, people don’t need to be made to pay, especially low-income citizens and pensioners.

«All finances for program realization are included in the budget. Now process of program organization is held. It is important for municipalities to have a detailed plan» said the Acting Head. «Of course, people’s support is needed here. If the program works, our entrances will have appropriate outlook» added he.

The first deputy Head of Ufa City Municipal District Administration Salavat Khusainov says that it is planned to renovate 1,5 thousand house entrances.

Radiy Khabirov also mentioned that in the end of February – beginning of March it is planned to hold a meeting with heads of the house councils where all topical issues will be discussed. According to the results of the year, a competition among municipalities will be held on best renovated house entrance halls.
