Ulfat Mustafin took part in the meeting on national projects realization

On February 19, the House of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan  became a place of the meeting chaired  by the Plenipotentiary Envoy of the President of Russia to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov and Acting Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov. The meeting was dedicated to socio-economic development of the region including national projects realization.

«National projects have specific and important goal – to enhance the quality of life. We have to do our best to provide people with improvements. The aim of today’s meeting is to understand if the region is ready to implement all issues set by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, find out weak sides and discuss how to solve these problems» said Igor Komarov.

Igor Komarov also told that federal budget for 2019-2021 provides Bashkortostan with 35 billion rubles to national projects realization.

According to calculations made by the government of the Republic, to fulfill all set issues the region needs 97 bln rubles within 3 years. At present, the sum of financial resources is 88 blm rubles which is 91% of total requirement. It is one of the best results.

«This year we expect to get over 15 bln rubles from the federal budget. It is 44% from the total amount of finances we expect for regional projects realization» added Radiy Khabirov.

Regional projects include all goals set on federal level: improvement of living facilities, public health services, ecology and other socially important projects.

Radiy Khabirov said that public health services should always be provided with doctors and health care workers.  Clinics net should be generated, first aid should be available to the population and the queueing time needs to be cut.

In the sphere of education, for example, new technologies implementation and other kinds of modernization are expected.

By 2024, all schools should be provided with target development model of digital education.

As for the ecology sphere, it is planned to build waste sorting factories and companies on municipal solid waste.

Moreover, Radiy Khabirov marked that within the project «Safe and quality roads» the quantity of repaired roads should be increased.
