On June,6 the Head of Ufa Administration Ulfat Mustafin met with «McDonald’s» representative in Russia Alexey Alexandrov.

Deputy Head of Ufa Administration Ilgiz Nasirtdinov, deputy ArturKhazigaliev and director general of company «SAN» Rustem Kamalov also took part in the meeting.

The consumer market of Ufa steadily works as a large component of one complex of municipal Ufa economy, promotes economic growth and growth of employment of the population, development of small and medium business, makes a significant contribution to the city budget.

The creation of conditions for providing the city's residents with trade, catering, consumer services and the development of tourism remain one of the strategic objectives of the city.

The retail trade turnover of the city's enterprises in 2018 increased by almost 20 billion and amounted to more than 470 billion rubles. The proportion of Ufa in the Republican turnover – 54 %. In terms of retail turnover, the Republic of Bashkortostan keeps the second place in the Volga Federal district and is among the ten regions of the country.

In Ufa, there are nine and a half thousand objects of consumer market and services. The number of employed people in the trade industry – more than 100 thousand people. The consumer market shows positive dynamics. The volume of retail trade continues to grow.

During the meeting, parties discussed the expansion of the McDonald's network in Ufa, as well as their active participation in urban cultural and welfare activities.

«McDonald’s» representative in Russia Alexey Alexandrov told about plans on the net expansion and charity work of the company.

«Today, there are 10 units of « McDonald’s » in the city. All restaurants have conditions for disabled people» said Alexey Alexandrov.

The Head of Ufa Administration Ulfat Mustafin marked that the restaurants’ net is very popular now, especially among young people.

«We always ready to support projects and startups aimed to welfare of people. Moreover, we will appreciate your participation in city and other charity events» added the Head.

Then, parties summed the meeting up and hoped for further cooperation.
