Social project «Lucky ticket», which photo exhibition was presented in the beginning of July, achieved first results. 12 participants-orphans have already found their new moms and dads. Kids found new homes not only in Ufa, but also in Salavat, Beloretsk, Baltachevsky district of Republic, Saint Petersburg, Tyumen, Nizhny Novgorod. Work is being carried out on five more cases.

This project is aimed at drawing attention of Ufa and Republic residents to the orphan’s adoption problem, including kids with health limitations. The Department of guardianship and custody of Ufa Administration is the initiator of this project.

Photo sessions took place in three orphan homes and specialized city children’s Home. More than 30 orphans and famous people: athletes, actors, writers, deputies etc. took part in them. Among them were the Head of Ufa Administration Ulfat Mustafin and deputy Head Alina Suleymanova.

Following the results a portraits exhibition was made, that was placed on the first floor of VDNH in «Russia – my history» park. The display is portable and now «Lucky ticket» is preparing to move around the most lively places of shopping and business centers of Ufa, so that as many residents and guests of Ufa and Republic as possible could see the photos.

This project is implemented for the second time in the capital of Bashkortostan. In 2014, 27 orphans took part in «Lucky ticket». Most of them were adopted during the first year of the project. The organizers hope, that also this time the social project and activity of significant people will bear the fruits, and every kid will find their new parents.
