Polylingual school № 162 «SMART» opened in «Yarkiy» microdistrict in Ufa

On September 2, the Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in Privolzshky Federal District Igor Komarov and Acting Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radii Khabirov congratulated the Ufa citizens with opening of one of the first polylingual education institution in republic – multidisciplinary school № 162 «SMART» in  «Yarkiy» microdistrict. The Head of Ufa Administration Ulfat Mustafin also participated in the event.

«It is pleasant to be here, in this place, which in many ways is a symbol of dynamically developing Bashkortostan. The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin pays a lot of attention to improving the quality of education, raising our children – our future» told Igor Komarov.

«It is a big and cheerful event for all of us, that we opened this school in time. We tried hard. The school is big, beautiful, but these are just walls for now. I hope, that in near future a great teaching staff, great traditions and great alumni will be here. I wish good study to the first graders, and patience to their parents. I want to say the infinite, many thanks to the teachers who teach our children, giving them all their souls» marked Radii Khabirov.

The total square of the new school, which can fit 1000 pupils, is 22.3 thousand square meters. The cost of its construction is 790 million rubles, and additional 229 million rubles were allocated for the modern equipment.

School principal Nail Aminev told, that study process will be organized on Russian, Bashkir and English language. Besides that, children will be able to study a second foreign language of their choice. New school has a first-aid post, language laboratory, biology room, SMART-hall with coworking zone, assembly and sports hall. The school will cooperate with Bashkir State Medical University.
