Ulfat Mustafin visited the Centre for Fire Protection and Public Relations

On November 28, Ulfat Mustafin, Head of Ufa Administration, visited the Centre for Fire Protection and Public Relations of the Municipal Fire Department.

During his visit, he got acquainted with the Centre's work aimed at educating the population on fire safety measures and rules, as well as promoting the profession of firefighter and rescuer.

Elena Appolonova, the leading centre methodologist, showed him the exhibition halls. On the example of models and rare exhibits, she told about the history of fire protection and the current stage of its development. There were also demonstrated the operating models of evacuation of people during the fire, modern firefighting equipment in high-rise buildings and facilities with mass stay of people, models of school, apartments before and after the fire. In addition, in the hall of equipment the Head of Ufa Administration got acquainted with the fire arms, firefighters' military equipment, means of communication, models of fire equipment.

At the end of his visit, Ulfat Mustafin highly appreciated the work carried out by the Ufa leadership and firefighters in preventing fires in the capital city and noted that the Centre makes a significant contribution to the education of the younger generation in the treatment of fire and promotion of knowledge in the field of fire safety.
