With all my heart, I want to congratulate you on one of the main state holidays - Russian Federation Constitution Day!

The Basic Law defines the democratic path of development of our country, becoming the basis for the construction of a free, rule of law State and civil society. It guarantees priority of human rights and freedoms.

The Constitution of the Russian Federation is aimed at creating a strong social state that provides each of its citizens with a decent life and free development. Our country, the Republic of Bashkortostan and its capital, the city of Ufa, are moving towards this goal.

Today, the priority areas of municipality activity are the creation of a comfortable urban environment and conditions for the life of citizens, as well as the construction of socially important facilities.
