Snow removal work continues in Ufa

Every day, workers in the housing and communal services carry out work on cleaning urban areas from snow and ice. They take measures to create safe and favorable conditions for drivers and pedestrians: they clear the roadway of snow, instrument sections of the road and sidewalks, treat them with anti-icing agents.

On January 10, in Ufa, a raid was conducted to clean and clear sidewalks of snow, during which media representatives got acquainted with the work of city services.

Dear Ufa residents! We ask you to respect the work of road workers and not to leave your cars near the roadsides while cleaning the streets from snow and not to interfere with the work of specialized road equipment. This will significantly increase the efficiency and quality of cleaning territories.

It should also be noted that owners and managers of all forms of ownership, which have adjacent territories, should handle the timely cleaning and removal of snow, cleaning the roofs and peaks of buildings.

The Ufa administration calls on managers of enterprises and organizations to actively engage in the process of cleaning the sidewalks and pedestrian areas, porches and steps of buildings from snow and ice, and do not forget to sprinkle pedestrian walkways and sidewalks with anti-icing materials.
